Order Processing:
We aim to show on our site only goods availible, and orders are subject to availability of goods at the time the order is received. If the item(s) you order are out of stock we will inform you by e-mail. We will do our best to inform you when we will have stock of the item(s) you would like and will suggest the best way of proceeding with your order.

Processing of an order normally commences within a few hours of it being placed. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday period will be processed on the next available working day. Normally goods ordered are delivered between 2 and up to 10 days from the order being received. You can get a guide as to how long delivery takes by seeing our section on

We reserve the right to decline any orders placed with us.

Confirmations & Receipts:

When you place your online order with us you can print off the summary of your order that will be shown on your screen, and we advise you to do so. You will also be sent an e-mail summarising your order and informing you your order has been placed. When processing of your order takes place we will e-mail to you your sales receipt which you should print and keep as your receipt of purchase. This email will also contain details of how your order will be delivered and when you can expect to receive it.

Cancellation of an Order:

If after placing an order you wish to cancel it we can accept cancellation right up to the time the goods are dispatched, or within 30 days of receipt if the goods have already been dispatched. The cost of return postage or return delivery is the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be made to the credit or debit card used to make the original purchase after the returned goods are received by us.


Fighting Credit Card Crime & Fraud

We are committed to combating fraudulent purchases using stolen or false credit card details. All orders placed with us are checked in detail for authenticity. We work with our various credit card service and bank service providers to verify names, addresses, and card numbers, as well as using various other resources at our disposal to protect genuine customers as well as ourselves from misuse of credit card details. For this reason we ask customers via the ordering process to provide the security code (CVC) on their credit or debit card when entering their card details. We reserve the right to decline any order we believe to have been placed using stolen or false credit card details, and we will not engage in any further correspondence except with our service providers and the relevant authorities to whom the misuse will be reported.

Product Images and Colours:

We make every effort to ensure the product images, colour representations and swatches shown on our site are a fair representation of the actual products and colours, but please note there may be variations in photos and colours from the products due to changes made by manufacturers, design and style changes, the inclusion or deletion of features, colour differences and other changes which we cannot be held responsible for. Also the settings of PC/Mac monitors and TV's, over which we have no input or control, can cause a visual difference in the way images and colours are shown. We cannot be held responsible for any perceived difference between the images and colours shown and the actual products.

We reserve the right to amend, change, or delete products listed on our site, and the way product images and colours are shown.

Complaints:

Should you feel you have any reason to make a complaint please send us an email by clicking here: info@spiritsports.co.uk  or Telephone us on 0121 3844 111. Any complaints made will be acknowledged as soon as they are received, and certainly within 5 working days. We will advise you of the time it will take to resolve any complaints, and we will keep you informed via email or by phone throughout the process. We endeavour to resolve any complaints within ten working days.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under UK law.
