Delivery
We know you want your kit fast. Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and sent with Royal Mail, with tracking on every parcel.
FREE UK delivery on orders over £75 – automatically applied at checkout to UK mainland standard delivery.
UK mainland delivery
- Standard Delivery (2–3 working days after dispatch): £4.99 – FREE on orders over £75
- Express Delivery (1–2 working days after dispatch): £7.99
Northern Ireland, Highlands, islands and international
Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Ireland, Spain and the USA is charged by weight and calculated at checkout. Ireland and Spain usually take 8–12 working days, and the USA 10–14 working days. Some products can't be shipped to certain countries. Customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the customer's responsibility.
Dispatch times
Order before 11am, Monday to Friday:
- In-stock items are usually dispatched the same day.
- All other items are usually dispatched the next working day.
Orders placed after 11am, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed from the next working day. Occasionally an item may take a little longer; if so, we'll let you know by email straight away.
Returns & Exchanges
Not quite right? No problem. You can return or exchange any item within 28 days of delivery, and UK returns are free using our Royal Mail returns portal.
No printer? No problem. Choose a QR code on your phone and the Post Office will print your label for you. Spirit Sports is part of Martial Art Shop Ltd, so your returns label will be addressed to Martial Art Shop.
How it works
- Click Start a free UK return above. Either print your own label, or download a QR code to your phone.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, with all tags attached. Pop a note inside with your order number and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange (and the size or item you need).
- Drop it off at your nearest Post Office or Royal Mail Customer Service Point, and keep your proof of postage in case the parcel is lost.
- Once we receive it, please allow up to 48 hours for us to process it. We'll email you as soon as your refund or exchange is on its way.
Refunds & exchanges
- Refund: refunded to your original payment method – FREE
- Exchange: £3.99 postage to send your replacement item out
Please note
- Items must be unused and returned in their original selling condition, including all tags and packaging. Items that aren't may be refused or subject to a 25% re-packing charge.
- For hygiene reasons, gum shields and groin guards can't be returned once opened.
- Items over 1.2m long or 2.5kg aren't covered by free returns or the standard exchange charge. Please contact us for a quote.
Returning from outside the UK?
Our free returns portal is for UK returns only. If you're returning from abroad, please email us first with your order number and we'll let you know how to send it back.
Faulty or incorrect item?
If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, please contact us before sending it back and we'll put it right at no cost to you. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
